Claire’s Quartel’s passion is to empower and facilitate others to discover the wonderful uses and benefits of Aromatherapy. In this workshop, we will cover the healing qualities of 16 of the most widely used and sought after Essential Oils. You will learn how to make synergistic aromatherapy blends to heal a wide range of conditions from stress and anxiety to insomnia and psoriasis. You will also understand how essential oils work on the body and mind and how they can radically change our moods and emotions.

All too often we let one area of our life dominate the rest, usually in the area of work, family, finances or relationships. This can create various (and sometimes serious) health issues, severe stress, fatigue, anxiety and insomnia, to name just a few! Self-Care allows all aspects of our lives to flow with harmony and grace.
Be honest, is your comfort zone REALLY comfortable? Without actually realising it we create comfort zones to protect ourselves. This sounds great in theory, but at what cost? Has your world become a lot smaller than it was a few years ago? Recently I’ve had to ask myself, does my comfort zone really serve me? Or, has it made my world so small that I’m missing out on life? There’s a big difference between being protected and being a prisoner.
