THE ART OF AROMATHERAPY

My passion is to empower and facilitate people to discover the wonderful uses and benefits of Aromatherapy. In this workshop, we will cover the healing qualities of 14 fabulous Essential Oils. Discover and understand how essential oils work on the body and mind and how they can radically enhance our moods and emotions. You will learn how to make synergistic aromatherapy blends to heal a wide range of conditions from stress and anxiety to insomnia and a multitude of physical conditions.

As you will see from the Testimonials page, I not only run my own Aromatherapy and Massage workshops but also host inspirational speakers and authors in the areas of Health and Wellbeing. All my speakers are leaders in their specialised fields and I am very proud to continue to bring these sought after speakers to the South year after year. The events are always informal, relaxed, fun and a great way to catch up with old friends meet new ones. If you haven’t been before to a Wellbeing event before do come and join us.

The use of Essential Oils is, without doubt, one of the most pleasurable and powerful healing modalities available. The practice of aromatherapy benefits the body, mind and spirit and because of this essential oils can play a vital role in our health and wellbeing. I run regular full-day aromatherapy workshops which are packed with information. I also offer private consultations and love creating prescriptive blends tailored to your individual needs.

YOUR AROMATIC DAY 

CREATING CALM

For those times when your mind feels frazzled and life just feels ‘too much’, a beautiful blend of Sweet Orange, warming Frankincense and balancing Geranium will create a sense of peace and calm in an instant. Use 2 drops of each essential oil in a diffuser, or add the same amount to 5 ml of carrier oil (sweet almond or whatever you have to hand) and pour it into your bath. Light a couple of candles, turn down the lights and breathe…..
