Stressed? Who Me? Yes, all of us!

We all go through times of stress and it’s no secret how deeply it can affect us on every level. Stress depletes us at the very core of our being, physically, emotionally and mentally. There is much we can do to lovingly support ourselves through these times with a good diet, exercise and sleep. But sometimes even thinking about buying healthy foods or taking a walk feels like too much effort. And as for sleep? Stress can keep us awake all night with thoughts and worries going around and around in our heads like a nonstop merry-go-round.
 
So what can we do that is simple, easy and enjoyable?
 
A DEEPLY RELAXING AROMATHERAPY BATH SOAK 
 
Try this blend in your bath first thing in the morning or before going to bed. Run the bathwater (making sure that it’s not too hot as this can raise the blood pressure) and add the following essential oils. Light a couple of candles, switch off the light, perhaps play some calming relaxation music, gently swish the water to disperse the oils and sink in…..
 
LAVENDER x 3 drops, MANDARIN x 3 drops, CHAMOMILE x 2 drops
