How do I book an event?
The fastest and easiest way to book tickets is online. There is no transaction fee to book online and you will receive your ticket via email. Please make your bookings for all events by using our online booking form. Payment can be made using most credit cards. Should you have any problems please call Claire Quartel on 07943112065.
Will I receive my ticket in the post?
No, all our events are e-ticketed. This means that once your order is confirmed you will receive an email to the email address you provided when you made your purchase. This email has the details of the event and a link to download your ticket. The ticket will be in PDF format.
Do I need to bring my tickets to the event?
No, you do not need to bring your ticket with you to the event.
Can I pay for my ticket with a cheque?
For customers with no access to the internet or a credit card, we will accept cheque payment for tickets. To arrange this, please call Claire Quartel on 07943112065.
I haven’t received my event ticket – help!

Are there any discounts available?
Yes, we offer discounts for group bookings of 5 or more people. We also offer bursaries for those with financial restrictions. For more details about group bookings and bursaries please call the office on 07943112065 or email email@example.com
Can I buy books or merchandise at the events?
Yes, many of our speakers are authors, in which case there are usually opportunities to purchase books or merchandise during the breaks. We would appreciate it if you could bring cash with you for this. Thank you.
Can I get my book signed by the speaker(s)?
There will be several opportunities to have a book, CD or card pack signed by the author speaking at the event. Book signings usually occur during a break or at the end of the event.
Is my ticket refundable?
Refunds are not given unless an event or workshop has been cancelled by The Wellbeing Project.
Please notify us at least 3 days before the event if you wish to cancel your booking and we will transfer your booking to another event (subject to availability). Cancellations received less than 3 days before the event cannot be transferred or credited.
What happens if I can’t come to the event after booking?
Please refer to our cancellation policy for all information regarding cancellations.
What happens if the event is cancelled by The Wellbeing Project?
It is extremely rare that we would need to cancel an event, but if we do we will contact you by email and you will be refunded with the full cost of your ticket/s.
Terms and Conditions
Please bear in mind that our terms and conditions state that we cannot accept responsibility for any loss due to the cancellation of an event, neither will we be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation relating to the event which has been arranged by you are at your own risk.”
