The many benefits of Dry Body Brushing

As part of my morning routine, I always spend 5 minutes doing a full dry body brush, followed by an all over self-massage with my essential oil ‘blend of the day’. The difference this has made to my skin tone and texture has been sensational!
 
Dry body brushing helps remove dead skin cells, boosts the circulation and stimulates the lymphatic system, helping the body to detoxify.
 
Start at your feet, and using light, gentle, flowing, upward movements direct the brush strokes to your lymphatic nodes – behind the knees, into the groin area and up to the armpits. It will literally take just 5 minutes! Have your shower and then gently pat yourself dry with a soft warm towel.
 
Your skin will now be feeling divinely smooth and ready to absorb your essential oil blend as you complete this wonderful morning ritual with an aromatherapy massage. ENJOY!
